About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Edel Safaris is a Tanzania-based safari company creating private wildlife safaris, Kilimanjaro adventures, Zanzibar journeys and Kenya–Tanzania itineraries for travelers who want to experience East Africa with knowledgeable local experts.
WHO WE ARE
Who Is Edel Safaris?
Edel Safaris is a locally based Tanzania safari company helping travelers discover the country's wildlife, landscapes, cultures and mountains through carefully planned private journeys.
Based in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania's Northern Safari Circuit, we design experiences across destinations including Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Zanzibar and Mount Kilimanjaro.
Our approach is simple: listen to what you want from your trip, use our local knowledge to build the right itinerary, and support you from the moment you begin planning until you return home.
Whether you are planning your first Tanzania safari, a honeymoon, a family adventure, a Kilimanjaro climb or a Kenya and Tanzania safari, our goal is to make the journey personal rather than simply selling you a standard package.
Our Story
Edel Safaris was built from a belief that travel can do more than take people to beautiful places. It can create connections, support communities and give travelers a deeper understanding of the country they visit.
Our roots are in Tanzania, where safari is not simply an industry but part of the landscape, communities and everyday life. Growing up around people and experiences that shaped a strong sense of responsibility toward others, our journey into tourism became closely connected with a desire to create opportunities and give back.
That vision continues to influence the way Edel Safaris operates today.
We want every journey to give travelers an unforgettable experience while contributing to the people, places and communities that make Tanzania special.
